    "We see the proposal as a serious effort from cardano builders t",
    "o enable funds for important development which further improves",
    " the Cardano ecosystem.",
    "While we generally act careful with package proposals like this",
    ", which include multiple projects and funding allocations under",
    " one proposal, we think that the total of 7 projects within thi",
    "s package have a high likelyhood of a successful execution. Mos",
    "t teams in this proposal have a strong track record and have pr",
    "oven to have all required skills and expertise to ensure a succ",
    "essful implementation.",
    "That being sad, we still have some doubts on the administration",
    "s of the proposal since it does not provide all information whi",
    "ch are set as required by the Constitution, however we hexpect ",
    "that missing information will be included in the following up T",
    "reasury withdrawal action. If not, we may adhere to the consitu",
    "tion and vote against the treasury withdrawal action.",
